The project proposes a waterfront revitalization in Paraíba do Sul River. It adds a new perspective of inclusive mobility, revitalization of roads structure, enhancement of public transportation in the area through the design of a leisure cycle pathway, a new promenade along the Central Riverside and new equipments working as a viewpoint, pier, spaces for comerce and contemplation by the river. The intervention area also works to revitalize the historic São Sebastião Square as well.
