Covering a total expanse of 150,000 square meters, this area encompasses three squares, an amphitheater suitable for small-scale performances, a playground, a 2,000-meter walking path, and a cycling track. It also features an 800-meter-long lagoon, a food court, a fairground, a cultural hub, a dedicated skating rink, a gaming zone, kiosks, a fruit tree forest with 12 interconnected picnic tables, a communal area equipped with game tables, a dam and dam overlook, an outdoor gym, and a designated space for Zumba activities. The City of Parauapebas spearheaded this project within the framework of the Environmental Sanitation, Macrodrainage, and Igarapés and Parauapebas River Banks Recovery Program (Prosap). In December 2022, it marked its official inauguration, having been realized through a financial partnership between the local municipal government and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). This endeavor played a central role in the initial stage of the Igarapé Ilha do Coco Recovery and Revitalization Project
PROSAP is a project developed by the leader Quanta Consultoria team  - 2018  during the consortium Quanta Consultoria and Sawaki Consultoria e Projetos contract for the Parauapebas´City hall  financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
