Development of local urban planning strategies and technical studies of architectural and urbanistic designs for the Saquarema´s Park in Rio de Janeiro state. The proposal envision to offer important urban equipments for the community such as: a sport center, an university center, an event plaza for concerts and activities, a museum and a gastronomic hub, also dwellings in a mixed use atmosphere.
SQR Park is a project developed by the leader Quanta Consultoria team in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and the colaboration of WMA team in Barcelona, Spain - 2022 during the consortium Quanta Consultoria; Tetris and Flex Engenharia e Projetos contract for the Saquarema´s City Hall.
